Decline an event invite

/invites/:token/decline

Turns the invite down on behalf of whoever holds the emailed token — no login. The invite email's "Decline this invitation" link opens the registration page with action=decline; the page confirms with the golfer and then calls this. Anything the inviter put up (account credits, a card stamped for the deferred charge) is released; nothing was ever charged.

An invite to an existing account stays visible to the league as a player with registrationStatus: "declined", and repeating the call is a no-op 200. An invite to an address with no account is deleted, so a repeat call (and GET /invites/{token}) returns 404.

A declined golfer can still change their mind by registering through the same link.
