Start a league registration

POST 
/orgs/:orgSlug/event-series/:id/register/start

Returns a hosted URL to send the golfer to in order to register and pay for the whole season. One payment covers every event linked to the league. Pass eventSeriesTeam to land them on an existing pair (a couples league partner following an invite), or subRequest to send them to take one open sub request instead of the season.
